Turn how your business works into an asset.

Your business may be sitting on a six-figure AI data asset.

AI companies pay serious money for how real businesses actually work. You already created the data by running the business. Jottings finds it, prepares it, and helps license it. We handle the buyers and the delivery.

From law firms and contractors to SaaS companies, financial services and hospitality - valuable operational history exists in almost every industry. Customer names and personal details do not go in the package. If you qualify, we get paid when you do.

Why Jottings

Your business has been jotting it down for years. That is now an asset.

The Slack thread. The Loom that never became a manual. The voice note after a roof. The "ask Maria" message. That is a . For years it was just how the business ran. Stack enough of them - jobs, exceptions, outcomes - and you have a record labs cannot scrape off the internet. We turn that into a package a buyer can actually purchase.

You were just running the business

Nobody sat down to build a dataset. You were doing jobs, handling exceptions, showing people how the day runs. Years of that work is the asset.

We turn jottings into a package

One note is nothing. Years of workflows and processes, cleaned and structured, is what a buyer can actually purchase. We write what is missing, take out customer names, and get it ready. You stay the owner.

Not the customer list

How the work gets done. Not who your customers are. Names and personal details stay out of the package. Your lawyer can read the terms if they want.

Words we use, in plain English

Just closed

We just landed a $173,163 check for a business owner, doubling their yearly profits.

Workflows, processes, how the company operates every day. That business data was recorded, packaged by Jottings, and licensed. Customer names and personal details stayed out. We ran the buyer process.

Privacy and rights

Your customers' personal data does not go in the package.

This is not a sale of your client list, patient file, or diner phone numbers. Buyers want how the work gets done - workflows, decisions, outcomes - after personal information is excluded. If your current terms are silent on this, our lawyers can read them and suggest language before anything is scoped.

Customer names stay out

Names, emails, phones, addresses, payment cards, medical or legal client files, and anything that identifies a customer are excluded or transformed. Credentials and secrets never belong in a licensable pack. You should not have to worry that privacy is "included."

Counsel will look at your terms

Most businesses have never written a clause about licensing operational history. We have lawyers who can review your current terms and conditions and recommend changes so you actually have the right to do this - or tell you if you do not.
